How to get there

This beautiful apartment is situated on the 5th floor and enjoys the use of a lift. Upon entrance one will find a welcoming living/dining area and a combined kitchen and towards the back of the property one will find two bedrooms one with an en-suite shower. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate two young children or one adult (NB two adults may find the sofa bed too small). The apartment is located only a few minutes walk to numerous restaurants in the Spinola Bay area, the St Julian's Promenade and the St Julians Waterpolo club. This apartment is highly recommended for location, views and a short walk to the centre of St Julians and Paceville and a sandy beach for snorkelling or water sports. The Maltese islands are a great place to stay whether a romantic trip or an adventurous holiday for fun, for friends or all the familiy there is always something to enjoy. The areas of St Julians, St Georges Bay, Paceville and Sliema are amongst the most popular up market areas to stay.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA & ATTRACTIONS NEARBY

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casino , restaurants and other entertainment. Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and cafe life. They are also key commercial and residential areas with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments. Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early 20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quieter back streets.
