Description: If you are looking for quality self catering accommodation in Malta, look no further as you will certainly enjoy this one of a kind villa holiday rental in Malta - Right in the middle of the Mediterranean , located in a quiet residential area of Mellieha. Practically within reach of all amenities within 5 to 10 minutes by car, the sea view from the Pool deck. A good sized swimming pool apprx 30 feet X 15 feet in dimensions is available exclusively for use only by tennants renting this property. The property is a typical Maltese stone Modern Villa and well furnished throughout to give you maximum comfort and enjoyment of your holiday on the Historic islands of Malta. Since you will be located in the north of Malta, hopping over to Gozo is easy and about 10 to 15 mins drive to the harbor in Cirkewwa. A good selection of Sandy beaches are also within 10 to 15 minutes drive, so you can always spend a day at the beach if you like.
On entering the Villa, you have a spacious hallway leading to all parts of the property, with 2 dining rooms, a spacious living room with TV and optional use of Air-conditioning, quality furnishing, a complete bathroom with WC, washhand basin, and shower; a kitchen equipped with all you need for your self catering holiday in Malta with cooker , refrigerator, Microwave oven , utensils , etc. 2 of the 3 bedrooms and the dining room overlook the pool deck were you can spend the day lazing in the legendary Maltese Mediterranean sun and warm climate conditions for most of the year. The best times to come are between April and end October although not usually guaranteed, we do tend to have quite good sunshine even up to late December. Hope to see you soon.
