Situated in a beautiful prime spot of Mellieha, The property is an ideal choice for your relaxing stay in Malta. The property has the ability to be rented as a whole consisting of 3 units .Taken individually , these consist of 3 apartments that all interconnect with each other if desired .The 2 bedroom accommodating up to 4 people and two 3 bedroom apartments accommodating up to 6 people, all fully furnished and comprising of its own combined kitchen and sitting room, bathroom with a fitted shower & bath (the 3 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms). The kitchens are fully equipped with all modern conveniences plus a microwave, iron and ironing board. Every room also has and electric fan and a mosquito deterrent to make your holiday cool & carefree. The bedrooms have large terraces enjoying country and distant sea views.
If you are a large group the apartments can be rented out as a private villa with exclusive use of the pool all to yourselves. This is subject to availability in the time you want to come. Whether you are with a large family or group of 16 or just a couple looking for a romantic holiday , we can offer you everything you could require in luxury accommodation in Malta. The property is rented throughout the year . For Winter time we have cheap rates and special offers for longer stays.
The location of the property is in the peaceful part of Mellieha, yet within easy walking distance just up the road to all shops and some of the best restaurants in Malta! You are spoilt for choice with all the gorgeous sandy and rocky beaches to choose from, which can easily be reached by car or public transport. The area is also ideal for scuba divers, as there are several diving sites and malta scuba diving centres around the area. The location is ideal as you can practically enjoy most of the maltese islands have to offer- hopping over to Gozo in a snap is easy as you are only 10 minutes away from Cirkewwa harbour by car & passenger ferry which is good fun for all the family. The sandy beaches in the northern part of Malta are the most popular and have a good choice to select from. There is Ghadira beach, Ghajn tuffieha, Golden sands, Mistra bay, and more..not to mention the glorious blue lagoon on Comino (again getting to comino from mellieha is easy ..just go to Cirkewwa and catch the comino passnger ferry).You will find that the property has a lot to offer and can guarantee you will certainly feel at home ...ON HOLIDAY~on a sunny island with lots to discover and explore.
In this area, car hire is recommended if you want to get around more freely- We can arrange the car for you as the same people will collect you from the airport and take you to the property on your arrival. We can book the car for you and you pay then direct for the transport and car hire when you arrive. Sometimes a deposit is required for car hire,- in this case we will ask the car hire agent to contact you direct.
