Description:

This Artistically and well designed town house is being offered for acomodation on the Island of Malta. Equipped with all you need to accommodate yourselves in full comfort , enjoy malta`s sunshine and great weather conditions. This airy yet cosy home is also complemented with a swimming pool, again surrounded by an artistically designed garden full of plants and garden furniture that give this house a truly exceptional look of charm and character down to the slightest detail. On entering the house you are immediatelly greeted with a spacius hallway taking you to the living and dining room to one side and the kitchen to the other side.

All rooms are furnished in detail for greatest comfort. The property sleeps 4 persons in 2 bedrooms- one double and the other is twin, but can accommodate any extra person/s on the sofa bed when requested. A cot can be arranged on request. The Location is between Qormi and Zebbug- central Malta- Easy to get to any other village on the Island. Qormi is a small urban town and not considered a  tourist resort, however getting to any historic village or resort is easy and reached within less than 30 minutes. A Bus Stop is only 2 to 5 minutes away taking you straight to Valletta which then radiates to all other towns and villages. Marsa Sports and Golf club is also nearby. You may get to a beach if you like in about 30 minutes. Car hire is recommended for getting around with most convenience.  All amenities can be reached within 5 to 15 minutes.

Historic lovers will find that the historical Old capital of Mdina built in the 15^th century by the Arabs is a 10 to 15 minute drive away from Qormi and Zebbug whilst the beautiful capital city of Valletta is only 10 minutes away by car or by bus.  In Neraby Attard, Presidents Palace is also reachable in a short drive and the only 18 hole golf course is a mere 10 minute drive away.

Getting around nearby By Public Transport -  to Valletta City.  A bus stop is nearby  but car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island.
