This is a Private Holiday villa for holidays in malta .The Villa is located in one of Maltas premier villa estates on the Island - in Mellieha. The location is ideal as you can practically enjoy most of what the islands have to offer- hopping over to Gozo in a snap is easy as you are only 10 minutes away from Cirkewwa harbour by car & passenger ferry which is good fun for all the family. The sandy beaches in the northern part of Malta are the most popular and have a good choice to select from. There is Ghadira beach, Ghajn tuffieha, Golden sands, Mistra bay, and more..not to mention the glorious blue lagoon on Comino (again getting to comino from mellieha is easy ..just go to Cirkewwa and catch the comino passnger ferry).You will find that the property has a lot to offer and can guarantee you will certainly feel at home ...ON HOLIDAY~on a sunny island with lots to discover and explore.
The property has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there is 1 extra small bedroom available sleeping 7 to 8 persons with the possibility of arranging an extra bed if needed (on special request if possible). Furnishing is old and new all round. The kitchen open plan combined with the living room and is fully equipped with all you need to cater for your selves on a self catering with all kitchen utensils, electric cooker, oven refrigerator, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, TV. All amenities are no more than 10 minutes away, so you can do your shopping from the village centre, where you will find banks, mini markets, petrol stations, shops, Restaurants and stores.
The living and kitchen area lead directly on to the spacious pool terrace with a lovely rectangular swimming pool 30 feet X 16 feet in dimensions. You can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the Maltese islands from the pool deck. The pool and deck is equipped with umbrella, deck chairs and seating by the pool. There is also a rustic bamboo shady terrace for enjoying the shade when the sun is too hot.
In this area, car hire is recommended if you want to explore the island more freely - We can arrange the car for you and can be delivered to the house. Our Driver can collect you from the airport and take you to the property on your arrival at a separate cost if not included in the accommodation. Airport transfer and delivery of keys is compulsory to avoid difficulties in finding the property on arrival.
