VACATION RENTAL Description:
Get away from it all, as soon as you enter this villa, a winding path of Italian
Travertine Marble takes you to the tranquility of the Patio area, fountains of
trickling water, filled with natural character and floral blooms. Leading off
through archways of roses to the Pool Deck with raised flower beds surrounding
the 60ft south facing crystal clear overflow pool, with palms and olive trees
swaying gently in the breeze. This beautiful deck, easily capable of
entertaining large crowds but preferred for its peaceful relaxation away from
the crowds in your own personal space with all the necessary shades and sun beds
for soaking in the summer sun in comfort. Two showers, one on the deck area and
a private shower room located close the pool area. A second convenient pool side
kitchen right on the deck area makes light work of pool side
breakfasts, lunch time snacks, alfresco dinning and pool side barbecues.

Bedrooms with balcony’s overlooking Pool with roof top views of Mellieha Church
and village, One with twin beds and vanity unit and the other a Double bed with
Deluxe Ensuite Bathroom and Walk in Wardrobe, Two Double Bedrooms, one with
Double bed and the other a twin beds decorated with Childs Seashore walls with
rustic style Ensuite Bathroom and Walk in wardrobe.
Gardens, Pool and Deck area maintained without disturbing you. Fresh milk
and bread delivered to your breakfast table, maid service weekly, grocery orders
can be made and delivered if required. Fresh flowers, fruits, wine and
necessities to welcome you on arrival. All bedrooms and sitting rooms Air
conditioned washing machine, dishwasher, cable TV, telephone. Villa is set in
quiet residential area yet only five minute car to all amenities, 10 minutes

with TV and Internet access to keep sports fans and teen happy with lots outdoor space to run around and ample sun beds and shades to unwind in the sunshine. Personally managed by the property caretakers whom will welcome you upon arrival and are always available to help out on anything you may need, be it information on places to shop, eat, visit or just a friendy chat. The villa is very well kept with plenty of attention to detail to make your holiday as enjoyable and relaxed as possible. |
