Holiday makers will find the location to be both peaceful in its surroundings and enjoyable due to its close proximity to the beach. For private villa seekers, there is a large swimming pool to enjoy under the Mediterranean sun making it a truly mediterranean holiday all round. This holiday villa in malta is a one of a kind of property , although in abundance up to a few years ago, is now rare to find on the Maltese islands of Malta and Gozo. Initially converted from a local malta farm-house its owners have always treated the property with respect and maintained its character throughout- Although the owners are happy to offer you this opportunity to enjoy this type of accommodation in malta whilst on holiday, the owner wants you to follow this code of respect for the house as it has been for the last century. The accommodation is very proportioned light and airy...with a spacious entrance hall, sitting room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen-breakfast room, leading to the living room and adjacent to the courtyard. There are 3 main bedrooms in the house and an optional 4th bedroom allows another 2 people,. The 4th Bedroom is access via the little courtyard. There is a blend of old and new furnishing throughout with wooden beams and thick walls giving a taste of true character to the house. The courtyard surrounded by old man made stone as well as a natural cave inlet. The pool area is accessed through the courtyard up a few stairs to a higher level passing through a little passageway that is another small garden area. The enormous pool deck is situated on this higher level and is the icing on the cake to finally complement to this lovely property. There are some lovely views of the countryside from the deck area. In the vicinity there is a local bus stop in Manikata (no 47) only about 5 minutes away

Getting around nearby By Public
Transport - 45 minutes to Valletta City. there is a local bus stop in Manikata (no 47) only about 5 minutes away but car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island and easier accessibility at all times. You can book Car Hire here and the car can be delivered to the property on arrival date. Transport to the property on arrival is compulsory due to arrangement of keys of the property and finding the property without delay or hassle.
