This beautiful house of character
best place for small family or romantic couple. It is fully detached, has
fantastic country, distance sea views. Fully equiped, surounded with large
garden. Has private above ground pool 40x12F.
The property is in an area that is tranquil and surrounded by lovely
countryside. There are lovely distant sea views from the terraces. You can
choose to take some lovelly country side walks or go hiking. The location
is also just about 5 to 10 minutes drive to Malta's most beautiful beach -
Golden Bay beach- a lovely large sandy beach for all the family and even closer
to Gnejna Bay beach.
Kitchen, dining and living room are on the ground floor as one double bedroom.

The Surrounding Area: This western strip hugging the coast is singled out for its spectacular cliffs, excellent walks, beautiful, unspoilt sandy bays and lush farmland. Highlights are Dingli Cliffs, which rise a precipitous 250 metres above sea level, the hamlet of Fawwara nestling below, and three sandy bays, Golden Bay, Ghajn Tuffieha and Gnejna. There are superb sunsets from Dingli over Fifla, the tiny isle, a protected nature reserve, just offshore. Another popular beauty spot is Ghar Lapsi, a small picturesque, natural inlet which is a good entry point for divers and snorkellers. Inland the villages of Mtahleb. Bahrija and Bingemma are old rural settlements, seemingly isolated from mainstream Malta, which lie tucked away in fertile valleys. The larger village of Mgarr sits high up overlooking Gnejna Bay, its massive parish church dome visible for miles.
One Recommended country walk from near the property: 8KM Walk..Starting in Mgarr, visit the Ta’ Hagrat prehistoric temple a short distance from Mgarr church. The site is closed, but access can be arranged if you contact the Custodian of the Roman Villa Museum, Rabat. Walk westward behind the church to the heights overlooking the valley of Gnejna and Gnejna Bay. Carry on southwards to the tiny farming communities of ta’ l-Iskorvit and Is-Santi. A country road leaks eastword to the bingemma pumping station. From here, take the road going north. Walk back to Mgarr when you get to the crossroad.
