Private Holiday Villa property located in the typical old streets of the village of Zurrieq, Malta, this is a converted 17th century house of character which has been converted to the highest possible standards . All rooms are rustically decorated with antique furniture as well as new to decorate the property to create a very pleasant and peaceful environment. The Property rental offers a romantic rustic feel to it with candela bars, thick walls, wooden beams, flagstone floors. The Property is privately owned and offered to rent to holiday makers visiting malta on Holiday for a week or two basis. Bookings payable in advance are required.
This magical holiday home in Malta is made up of 2 double bedrooms accommodating 4 persons, 2 bathrooms ensuite and 2 showers, a living room furnished with luxury sofas and a fireplace & TV with Cable connection, kitchen and dining room. A fifth person may make use of a sofa bed.
Several windows overlook the inner courtyard and access to a sunny terrace . The kitchen is rustically decorated with fine wooden furnishing and equipped with modern appliances, all you need to cater yourselves in comfort. There is a swimming pool with Jacuzzi , sunbeds umbrellas and an external dining table is available in the courtyard area for cooling off in the shade when required
The area is popular with those who want to stay in a very typical old village of Malta...sometimes almost taking you back in time. Ofcoarse anywhere is not far in Malta whereby you can easily get to any attraction on the island within the half hour. The Blue Grotto and seaside is only a 10 minute drive from the property and an 18 hole golf course is a mere 15 minute drive to the Marsa sports club, where you can enjoy several other sports including horse riding and tennis. You can also get to a beach within 20 to 30 minutes. We recommend you do have a car but not entirely necessary if you dont want to get around too much.
All amenities are available from the village centre, including banks, pharmacy, grocers, or mini markets and other shops whic occasionally include the weekly local market stalls that open for business in designated areas or times of the week
Transport and key delivery on arrival is arranged and compulsory to guests at an extra charge via our own transport service
Maid service is available at 1 time per week, and linen is provided on your arrival and changed once a week.
