Description: This fantastic holiday villa in malta is a private owners converted old house of character located in the village of Zurrieq within walking distance of the church square and central Zurrieq. The property professionally designed by owner is full of features that have been enhanced with maximum effort to maintain a high level of comfort and blend the character of the old and new with today's modern day requirements. Furnishing is a blend of old and new. The villa entrance hall takes you to a large sitting room (or large living area) complete with fireplace and seating for 6 persons, leading to the pool deck , a second living room is combined with the kitchen which is modernly equipped for self catering accommodation and interconnects with a central courtyard. The pool deck is very spacious for maximum enjoyment. On the 1st floor , one finds the 4 bedrooms , three of which are double bedrooms all with a bathroom except for one which has a shower and wc. .
Within walking distance of the village church square, one will find most of all amenities nearby by walk. Having a car is a plus in malta making any exploration of the island more feasible and comfortable. The property is rented out on weekly basis.
