The location is ideal as you can practically enjoy most of what the islands have to offer- hopping over to Gozo in a snap is easy as you are only 10 minutes away beaches in the northern part of Malta are the most popular and have a good choice to select from. There is Ghadira beach, Ghajn tuffieha, Golden sands, Mistra bay, and more..not to mention the glorious blue lagoon on Comino (again getting to comino from mellieha is easy ..just go to Cirkewwa and catch the comino passenger ferry).You will find that the property has a lot to offer and can guarantee you will certainly feel at home ...ON HOLIDAY on a sunny island with lots to discover and explore beautiful property perched high on a ridge at Santa Maria Estate overlooking wonderful open country and sea views . Bedrooms Three bedrooms, two twin bedroom and one double Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The other two twin bedrooms share a full bathroom. Living There is a wonderfully split-leveled open plan lounge combined with sitting and dining area with cable TV and French doors leading to the terrace and pool.
The kitchen is perfectly equipped with cooker , oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washing machine. Ceiling fans are fitted all throughout the property.
This majestic property is surrounded by a large terrace and private pool with sun beds, parasols and other garden furniture for dining by the pool at any time of the day or night! The pool deck has a BBQ area overlooking a magnificent and panoramic view of the sea to the left of the pool area the rocky landscape on the other side IMPORTANT :Other Onsite Amenities & Accessories
Bed Linen provided. If you want to bring your own please do so as you prefer. Beach towels are not provided. Food pack on request at extra charge. Baby cot - free of charge. NOTES: (check in 4pm/check out 10am to allow time for cleaning on back to back situations) The Villa sleeps a maximum of six persons plus cot. Cot/High-chair supplied at no additional cost. 2nd Cot/High-chair @ €5 each daily. Folding bed for child under 15 years @ €20 daily, adult @ €30 daily. Maid service and change of linen/towels every Tuesday. Garden and pool maintenance also Tuesday. Arrivals allowed in at 4pm; departures to vacate by 10am. Booking confirmation on first-come first-served basis; Deposit of 30% required on confirmation. Deposit is forfeited unless written notice of cancellation reaches this office 90 days prior to booking. Flat screen TV, DVD player, stereo and free Interent are available. All rooms have ceiling fans for summer confort, which are sufficient because of the high position that the villa enjoys. Being a bungalow with protruding roof-tiles there is always shade around the house. For the colder months Villa is equipped with a central wood-burning stove. Fire wood is available on site.
