Description: This villa property can be rented out as a whole property (private) or as shared units with a shared pool. The second floor is accommodated by the caretaker accessible via a totally separate entrance and does not affect the property tenants in any way.  The villa is located in a peaceful residential part of Mellieha Malta - Basically the property  can be split as  three units each consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, sitting room. All amenities can be reached in walking distance although having a car is recommended for more comfort. A sandy Beach is only 5 to 10 minutes away by car.
