The villa is ideal for family holidays seeking private villas in Mata with a swimming pool in total privacy. The Villa is located in a sought after area of Santa Maria in Mellieha, a prime villa estate region whereby tourists enjoy self catering private accommodation with their own private swimming pool and sundeck. On entrance the villa leads on to the living area and dining room with a kitchen equipped for self catering. The pool deck enjoys lovely garden views with space for dining by the pool. There is also a BBQ for use by the pool. 

A car rental may be booked with the villa in advance or on site with the caretaker if required.

From here you can easily get to any part of Malta within the half hour bracket. Visiting Gozo or comino is aslo not difficult. Getting to the car ferry harbor for ferry trips to Gozo via the Gozo Channel or Comino and the blue lagoon is within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
