Description: Private owner is offering this Villa holiday property in Malta for holiday accommodation on a self catering basis. The villa has an enormous pool deck with distant sea views. The location is very tranquil and perfectly ideal for villa holiday accommodation in malta. The Villa entrance leads directly on to the living and dining area equipped with sofas. The living area leads directly on to the large pool deck area. The 3 bedrooms are as follows, 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds providing a total accommodation for 2 to 6 or 7 persons. An extra bed can be arranged on request if it is possible. The swimming pool is also of a large size measuring 20 x 35 feet. This villa can be rented with or without a car. The area is a private residential villa estate area, close to the sea and all amenities can be reached easily iether by walk or by car. For bes comfort a car would be ideal to get around easily but not entirely necessary. You may opt to hire a car when required on site at the villa, subject to cars being available at the time of your stay. In the north of Malta, there are a number of Sandy beaches around and easilly accessible by car in 10 to 15 minutes drive. From here you can easily get to any part of Malta within the half hour bracket. Visiting Gozo or comino is aslo not difficult. Getting to the car ferry harbor for ferry trips to Gozo via the Gozo Channel or Comino and the blue lagoon is within 10 to 15 minutes drive.
