Description: This exceptionally well located private owners holiday villa with swimming pool is located in the north part of Malta in the popular and tranquil Villa estate area of Santa Maria. The kitchen is equipped with self catering utensils, cooker oven, refrigerator. There is a total of 3 bathrooms either with bath or shower. The pool deck has ample space for sunbathing , sun beds, parasol, with a swimming pool of 16X 24 feet in dimensions.
