Description: This fantastic luxury property offers 1st class accommodation for self catering private villa holidays in Malta. The property has a swimming pool with  separately operated Jacuzzi pool with massaging jets for full relaxation by the pool whilst on holiday in Malta. To rent this villa in malta, bookings are on request basis and payable in advance prior to arrival. A minimum deposit of 35% will be required for those wishing to book in advance. Last minute bookings will require full payment immediatelly.

There are extensive garden views from literally almost all parts of the property. The villa may also be rented with a car or without a car.

Entrance: Villa has a large gate at street level and spacious long driveway  extends right through and adjacent to the landscaped gardens of the property. The Villa owner  regularly ensures constant and extensive care to provide an all round top quality holiday villa in Malta.

The Garden and animals: There is a well kept landscaped garden, that also hosts a lama and a deer which are enclosed in their own protective closed space similar to what you may find at a small zoo. A large pond also hosts a few swans. These animals are carefully looked after and can be appreciated but cannot be fed, intimidated or touched. Anybody breaking these rules may either injur themselves or be asked to leave the property on demand with no refund given.

The House or villa itself is modernly furnished and designed with  top quality materials appliances and furnishing. On entrance to the hallway, is a spacious living area with TV, DVD player and Cable TV box installed. The separate dining area leads to a designer kitchen fully equipped for self catering villa accommodation in malta.  (3 kitchens 1 in main villa 1 in Annex and 1 in Flatlet)

Bedrooms There are 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor and a 4th one upstairs on the 2nd level with its own bathroom/shower en-suite. All bedrooms have an air conditioner unit * ( please note that excessive use of AC will incur extra charges payable on demand if consumption is left unattended or carelessly wasting electrical supply.) There is a further bedroom in the flatlet with 2 single beds plus a sofa bed for 2.

The Games room and Flatlet A and relax spare Living unit area with its own kitchenette - There is a large games room with pool table and mini soccer table. Adjacent to this games room is a living room with Kitchen that can OPTIONALLY accommodate an extra 4 persons in put up beds/ or sofa/folding beds. Please note that rental pricing for this villa in malta is adjusted or varies according to the number of persons using the whole property.
 

The Flatlet B: there is a further flat let at this property, usually used by the caretaker , but also available on request at an extra charge, to accommodate a further 4 persons, in 1 double bed room with bathroom and a double sofa bed facility on request. The villa apartment or flat has its own kitchen. The flat let is on ground level and leads straight on to the private driveway and garden area.

The Pool: The pool area is fully PRIVATE, and exclusive only to guests renting this property. The pool is not overlooked from any other property. There is a pool slide, sunbeds , BBQ and Parasol/Umbrella.
