Property Description:- Very well located top floor 2 bedroom Penthouse apartment to rent in malta for weekly holiday stays - The apartment is has two bedrooms with two single beds in each room that can also be put together as double beds on request with the owner direct; there is a bathroom, lounge/dining room and kitchenette. The property also has a sofa bed in the living area which can accommodate a third person. The apartment has a large terrace with excellent views. Electricity and gas are provided as part of the accommodation and on request a food pack of basic essentials may be provided for you on arrival. A large public swimming pool is nearby, and although the swimming pool is not part of the property, guests can use the facilities of the pool at a nominal charge. There is a lift in the block that services all floors The Location is most ideal being close to or near balluta bay in just 5 minutes walk down the hill, which continues towards Spinola bay and Paceville on one side or towards Sliema via Tower road. This promenade is a lovelly walk by the seaside where one can find several spots to swim in iether st julians or Sliema. There is a sandy beach in St Georges bay, and is probably just a 5 to 10 minute bus ride, or one can walk there in approximately 25 minutes though there are closer places to swim.
