Description:
Lovely 2 bedroom apartment located in
Mellieha, only 10 to 15 minutes walk to the sandy beach of mellieha bay. This
spacious apartment has 2 bedrooms providing accommodation for 4 persons
comfortably, with 1 double bed and the other room with 2 single beds. Bedrooms
are equipped with their own wardrobe and furnishing. The apartment is accessed
through a common entrance and a lift is available. On entrance a hallway
separates the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom with the living room and kitchen at
the end of the hallway. The air-conditioned kitchen-dining-living area has a
dining table with seating for 6 persons , fully equipped kitchen and a TV. From
the living area one can enjoy a spacious terrace with an external dining table
and BBQ, with country views of Mellieha and the lovely church of Mellieha high
up in the distance. The apartment is ideally located for holidays in
Malta as
the beach is nearby and easily reached by walk. Nearby (2 mins walk) is also a
restaurant and coffee shop. The sandy beach of Mellieha bay is only a few
minutes walk from the apartment. A bus stop is about 5 to 15 minutes walk and
reaching the village centre is also within reasonable distance however this is
an uphill walk and may want to use a car unless you enjoy walking. In the
village centre you will find all you need, including a bank, mini markets,
petrol station, restaurants and more. Venturing off to
Gozo or
Comino island and
the blue lagoon for or a day is also easy as Cirkewwa harbour and the
Gozo
Channel are in the next village - Northern most point of malta. The Gozo Channel
ferry is a car and passenger ferry that crosses over to Gozo daily and on
approximately 30mins to 1 hr intervals. It only takes 25 minutes to cross over.
