Entrance is through a neat common driveway and access to the apartment is on the 1st floor. On entering the apartment, a hall connects to a spacious living room combined with dining area and open plan kitchenette. The other side of the apartment hosts 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed leading to terrace, and the other with 2 single beds. A separate  bathroom is adjacent to both bedrooms as well as a spare guest WC.

The kitchen is equipped with a cooker hob , fridge freezer, kettle, microwave oven. Baystreet shopping centre and st Georges bay are just down one corner and straight down the road where one can find ample entertainment for all the family including a small beach, coffee shops, restaurants,16 cinemas,3D cinema, ice-skating ring, amusement centre, bowling center, scuba dive centre and many more. Further on past the centre of st julians, one can also walk the promenade towards Sliema and all it has to offer, which faces Valletta city. In case you need to go to valletta, busses are quite frequent from st julians and will be in valletta in approximately 20 to 30 minutes.

Transfers to the property in Malta When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport number and identification as per your booking and payment details. NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. Check out is strictly not later than 11:00 am in the morning
