Description:
Central seafront , bright and spacious Holiday apartment in Malta Sliema. Luxuriously furnished and Located in a most commanding and exceptional position overlooking the prestigious seaside promenade in Sliema - facing the Sliema chalet seafront. This self catering holiday apartment enjoys some fantastic Mediterranean sea views from the terrace Sliema is in between St Julians and Valletta, and are probably the most up market towns and villages on the Maltese islands. Getting to Valletta is easy from here as you practically are within a minutes walk from the nearest bus stop that's just across the road. For St Julians, you can practically walk along the new promenade and enjoy the lovely views and maybe stop for a break at one of the local café's or restaurants along the way.
The apartment is accessed through a common entrance, making use of the lift. Internally the apartment layout consists of a large living room luxuriously furnished with sofas, coffee table and leads to a terrace-balcony facing the sliema sea front. One can simply sit and enjoy the exotic sea views for hours. The Dining room is equipped with seating for 6 persons and is adjacent to the kitchen which is fully equipped with all you need to cater for yourselves on a self catering holiday in malta. The hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, one of which (master bedroom) has a queen sized bed with full bathroom en suite having a shower - and washing machine installed; whilst one of the other bedrooms 2 single beds There is another small bedroom for 1 other person. A common bathroom is available with bath wc and washbasin.

You are centrally located and close to all possible attractions available on the island. If you intend staying only in the Sliema , St Julians and Valletta area, then you may not need a car, because you have good public transport access, but if you want to fully exploit the islands to the full, then a car is recommended and can be delivered to the property on your arrival in Malta. You can easilly visit Valletta by bus in 10 minutes for viewing malta`s best historic attractions museums palazzos , shopping and theatres.

Malta
Car Rental.| Transfers to the property in Malta | When
organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct
from the Airport in Malta, in
full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important
to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later
than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your
flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property
in this case will be with the driver. When meeting the driver you may be
asked to provide your passport number and identification
as per your booking and payment details.
NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. Check out is strictly not later than 11:00 am in the morning |
