catering holiday in malta means you have the facility to cook yourselves -i.e
you are not on bed and breakfast basis. The apartment is located about 10
minutes walk to the seaside promenade of St Julians and a walk to central St
Julian's is only 15 minutes walk. The apartment has access to a good size
swimming pool of about 25 feet by 15 feet in dimensions and a large pool deck
with ample space for sunbathing - The pool is communal (i.e sharing) for private
residents of the apartment block. - Deck chairs are available but you may need
to use your own beach towels or sun mat when you are by the pool as there are
only a few deck chairs available on a 1st come 1st serve basis... The apartment
is on the 1st floor accessed by just a few steps. The spacious hall extends
throughout the apartment and leads to one side to the living room with sofas
armchairs coffee table and equipped with local TV. The living room leads to a
good size terrace having distant views of the sea and the pool below The terrace
has a small dining table for relaxing outside . Adjacent to the kitchen is a
medium size Kitchen fully equipped for self catering accommodation and has a
with a large arched window overlooking the living area. Also adjacent to the
living area is the 1st bedroom which is a spacious Twin bedroom (2 single beds).
Further inward through the hall is the bathroom, utility room with washing
machine and 2 other bedrooms - 1 is the master bedroom with double bed and the
other with 2 single beds. The master bedroom and the living room have
air-conditioning.
In St Julians Malta you are in
the \best part of the island when it comes to what to see, where to go and what
to do. There is a wide choice of entertainment facilities in the area, whether
it is shopping , nightlife, or spending time by the sea. St Julians St Georges
bay and Sliema are the most up market areas on the island. You can also visit
historic Valletta by bus or by car in 15 minutes. Should you decide to rent a
car - there is ample parking space in the private parking area of the apartment
block. Having a car makes getting around easier. On the other hand if you dont
mind walking down the road to the promenade and taking the bus - then this is
also easy and cheaper.

When
organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct
from the Airport in Malta, in
full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important
to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later
than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your
flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property
in this case will be with the driver. When meeting the driver you may be
asked to provide your passport number and identification
as per your booking and payment details.
NB When opting to
drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for
delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for
key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting
point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you
with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property
if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the
property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs
incurred due to failure in locating the property.
Check in to
the Property is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for
cleaning of the property to be completed.
