Description: Central 2 bedroom self catering holiday apartment with sharing pool, located in one of the best residential areas of malta, yet close to all amenities , entertainment and shopping facilities within walking distance. This apartment is available for short holiday accommodation in malta as well as to rent for longer stays in the winter time. Complementing this type of self catering accommodation is the use of a large swimming pool available only to residents in a small block of 8 apartments. The apartment has a little terrace with a pool view on the back and a street view on the front. Malta is ideal for holidays at most between april to october although the weather is also known to be excellent even in the winter months of November December January February and March when self catering holiday accommodation in malta is cheapest for a vacation rental holiday of this type. The locality is a suburb or St Julians, flanked by the popular entertainment village of Paceville and St Georges Bay where there is a small beach and some rocky beaches iether along Pembroke or towards Sliema along the promenade of Tower Road. Renting a car is always recommended but since this area is so well located, you can easily use pubic transport which is inexpensive. A Bus stop is only 10 to 15 minutes away by walk.
On entering the apartment from a common entrance hallway, the apartment has a spacious hall, that leads to the living and dining area on one side , the kitchen and the bedrooms on the inner side of the property. All rooms are very spacious for today's accommodation standards, and all furnishing is well appointed yet standard and well maintained. Use of the washing machine on site is possible on request when at the property
