Special conditions that apply to this property	FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE FOR ACCOMMODATION IS REQUIRED Security guarantee deposit against possible damages of LM 350 / 850Euro EXCESSIVE USE OF ELECTRICITY OVER A VALUE OF LM3 per day to be paid prior to departure. Normally consumption should not exceed LM 3 per day so any excessive use will incur an extra charge Permission Use of Hilton facilities or use of Swimming pool is subject to the Hotels discretion. However for the past 5 years the facility remains open to residents of the Portomaso complex. We will require all names of guests so that a pool pass can be collected from the Marina Office when in Malta
