Description: This 2 bedroom apartment in St Julians Malta offers holiday accomodation in Malta St Julians, furnished to basic standards, simple but very conveniently located. The apartment is located just off central St. Julians area. You can literally walk down the road to central St Julians in 5 minutes walk and immediatelly find restaurants , coffee shops, bars, Banks and more. The apartment is accessed through a common entrance entrance. A common stairway leads you to the private owned apartment. The Apartment is airy and spacious accommodating 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms. A hallway leads to the living dining area, the kitchen and the bedrooms on the other end. There is a small balcony which overlooks the street. There is a Spare guest WC and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is basically equipped for self catering holiday rental accommodation in malta.
The location of the property is excellent , whether its for business or for pleasure , as you are practically close to everything in the most prestigious resort area in Malta. In the vicinity you are spoilt for choice... for the best selection of restaurants on the island, including coffee shops, state of the art 3D Cinemas, skating rings, beaches, Scuba dive centers and historic attractions in nearby Valletta- The Capital city of Valletta is only 10 to 15 minutes away by bus and can explore and discover its rich historic past. The Malta Hilton Hotel and Portomaso Resort is only minutes walk away and can enjoy the services and setting of high quality Restaurants and shops it has to offer most facing its very own yacht marina.
Since there are several public bus stops nearby as well as Taxi stations based in St. Julians itself, you really dont really need a car, unless you want to explore other parts of the Islands of Malta and Gozo to a greater extent , or travel late in the evenings.
