Located in the prestigious area of Santa Maria estate , this apartment is ideal for holiday makers seeking quiet surroundings and exotic views of the island whilst enjoying probably the best weather in the mediterranean.
The apartment is on the ground floor , with its own communal driveway for parking, a well equipped kitchen , 2 bedrooms (one double and the other twin) and a small living area. The main bedroom has the facility of a cot for those traveling with toddlers .)please let us know so that the cot will be prepared. From the pool deck you may share this beautiful pool and direct sea and country views of Malta and sometimes when visibility is at its best you can see Sicily in the distance.
The location of the apartment is in an established area were you will find some of the finest villas on the island. Peace and quiet is practically guaranteed unless anything beyond natures control makes a noise.
We are confident that you will enjoy your stay, having all you need to accommodate yourselves here, yet enjoying a pool that other villas would dream to have the views you can enjoy from the pool deck.
All you need is only 10 minutes away from the village centrte, including restaurants, shops, banks and markets.
Car hire is recommended if you want to get around more freely and avoid having to stay in the same place.
