Description: Brand new Penthouse (top floor) holiday apartment in St Julians available for holiday accommodation rentals. The apartment is the penthouse property in a block located in the popular tourist village of St Julians close to Restaurants, nightlife, the seafront. St Julians is one of the most active parts of the island where one finds practically everything within walking distance including banks, restaurants,coffee shops, pizzerias, shopping centers, bars, clubs, discos, cinemas, bowling alley, diving centres, casino, and many more attractions. The property is within walking distance from the bus terminus and therefore one can do without car hire. Car hire is recommended only if you plan to freely get around at any time of the day, however being in St Julian's it is also easy to take public transport ( although it is not the best means of transportation) which is cheap and also fun to experience the old British made buses.
The apartment is on the 4th floor accessible by a 2 person lift. On entrance one finds a living room to the left with TV and sofa, leading to a spacious sun terrace equipped with chairs and a table. To the right of the main entrance is a fully equipped kitchen and dining table for self catering. Straight ahead adjacent to the entrance is the 1st bedroom with 2 single beds neatly arranged and equipped with commodes and lampshades. Through the corridor is a bathroom with bath, washbasin and WC also equipped with a washing machine. The other bedroom lies further on with 3 single beds also equipped with wardrobe, and commodes. A large ceiling is present in the bedrooms for cooling the air in the summer time.
