The property is very well furnished in detail to very comfortable standards offering an opportunity to enjoy self catering holiday accommodation in Malta in a most excellent location. On entrance the hallway leads to a large living room with balcony facing the seafront and enjoying exotic mediterranean sea views and the Balluta Church. The balcony overlooks a large public swimming that is operated by a third party company. The Living room is adjacent to a dining area seating 5 persons comfortably. Via the hallway is the Kitchen which is equipped for self catering accommodation in malta. The Kitchen is equipped with self catering utensils, cuttlery, Fridge Freezer, cooker, oven , microwave, dishwasher. A washing machine is also available. On the other end of the apartment is bedrooms offering accommodation for 5 persons in 2 double bedrooms and ` single bedroom. All bedrooms have the facility of an airconditioner unit that provides heat or cool air. Use of Aiconditioning may be offered as an optional extra due to the high cost of electricity in malta. - Kindly use Airconditioning sparingly to avoid any extra charges when in malta. The apartment has a separate living area for the TV room where you will access locally aired international TV stations.
