Description: Malta Holiday rental -apartment perfectly located on the Sliema coast road (Tower Road Sliema) and facing exotic sea views; this privately owned apartment offers 1st class holiday accommodation in Malta for 2 to 6 persons on a self catering basis. Rentals for this apartment are based on weekly holiday rentals in Malta in the highly demanded area of Sliema. The property is in a luxury block of apartments and is on the 5th floor. Entrance is through a common private secure entrance and has both lift or stairway access to the apartment. The entrance hall takes you towards the living and dining room area, whilst to the other side you will find 3 spacious bedrooms.
The living room has access to a balcony enjoying excellent direct sea
views. The well equipped Kitchen is just adjacent to the entrance hall and is fully
equipped for self catering accommodation with Kitchen utensils, cooker, oven,
dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has comfortable modern sofas, armchairs and TV, as
well as an air-conditioning unit 2 of the bedrooms also have air-conditioning
facility. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite with bath and shower, wc and
washbasin. A separate common bathroom has Bath , shower , WC and washbasin.
Furnishing is modern, with parquet flooring (
Parquet flooring is only in the sitting/ dining room
and in the main bedroom only) offering a high level of
comfort in all parts of the apartment. The apartment is a corner apartment hence
enjoying plenty of light.

Sliema is a prime tourist resort for Malta and has a most beautiful
coastline whereby you may choose to stroll by the seaside promenade all the way
to Valletta on one side or towards St Julians on the other side. Having a
combination of Sliema , St Julians and Valletta its a perfect way to enjoy what
the island has to offer on this side of the Maltese islands. Valletta with its
historic attractions and the capital city of Malta, Sliema and St Julians offer
lots of shopping facilities, sea side promenade , rocky and sandy beaches (St
julians) cafes and restaurants, Casinos and many more entertaining attractions
for the tourist visiting malta on holiday.
A bus stop is just across the road, 1
minute away from the apartment block, so you can very easily use the public
buses to get around. Having a car is useful and provides you with more freedom
when getting around.
