Entrance is through a common private secure entrance and has both lift or stairway access to the apartment. The entrance hall takes you towards the living and dining room area, whilst to the other side you will find 3 spacious bedrooms. The living room has access to a balcony enjoying excellent direct sea views. The well equipped Kitchen is just adjacent to the entrance hall and is fully equipped for self catering accommodation with Kitchen utensils, cooker, oven, dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has comfortable modern sofas, armchairs and TV, as well as an air-conditioning unit 2 of the bedrooms also have air-conditioning facility. The master bedroom has a bathroom ensuite with bath and shower, wc and washbasin. A separate common bathroom has Bath , shower , WC and washbasin. Furnishing is modern, with parquet flooring ( Parquet flooring is only in the sitting/ dining room and in the main bedroom only) offering a high level of comfort in all parts of the apartment.
