Description: Private owners 3 bedroom apartment in a prime central location of Malta in Tigne Sliema. The apartment is fully furnished for self catering holiday accommodation with all you need to cater yourselves whilst on holiday in Malta. The locality of the apartment in sliema is well known with tourists who can enjoy most of the attractions and amenities the locality has to offer. There are also several rocky beach spots along side the promenade of Sliema going towards St Julians. St Julians and Sliema complement each other with an extensive range of good restaurants. Banks , shops and cafes are all within walking distance. From the apartment one can easily go to Valletta, the world heritage city capital of Malta or venture towards St Julians and St Georges Bay. walking along the promenade of sliema to St Julians is easy and will take you between 30 and 40 minutes walk along a very attractive seaside promenade. The Apartment rental property consists of 3 bedrooms offering accommodation for up to 6 persons comfortably. A fully equipped kitchen with cooker, electric ov toaster, microwave oven, dishwasher, tumble dryer and washing machine. The kitchen is also equipped with a dining table seating 6 persons. A good size balcony overlooks the street. The 3 bedrooms are allocated as follows....1 bedroom has a double bed and a bathroom ensuite complete with shower, wash basin and wc., whilst the other 2 bedrooms have 2 single beds. There is also a second bathroom which is for separate use of the 2 bedrooms at the apartment. Sliema...Malta , often pronounced by some as "Selima" the correct pronunciation is "Sleeema" and spelt SLIEMA. The location is excellent and within easy walking distance to the seafront, shops, banks and restaurants. Malta is easy to get around, there is plenty to see whether for its Historic attractions, beaches or activities . car hire is recommended to get around more freely and one can easily spend a day in the northern sandy beaches or even visit comino or Gozo for a day. Tours around Malta are also easy to book. Public Malta Bus transport is also very easy from the location of the apartment. A bus stop is only a few minutes walk away and accessible from multiple locations.
