1st floor also accessible by lift. On the back side of the apartment, one can
enjoy some lovelly views. This apartment in St Julians Malta and can be rented
during any time of the year on a minimum weekly stay subject to availability.
The holiday apartment is cleaned
prior to your arrival and you are provided with bed linnen, kitchen utensils and
all you need to cater yourselves whilst on holiday. On your departure you are to
leave the property as you found it on arrival.
There are a several restaurants
in the St Julians - Paceville area and one can practically choose to dine almost
any kind of International cuisine possible. Be it Italian , Local Maltese,
Mediterranean, American, Asian or Japanese, you have an extraordinary choice of
the type of food you may prefer. There are also several take away stalls, from
Doner kebabs to Turkish takeaways , Macdonalds and Burger King, as well as 3 to
5 star restaurants.
A security deposit Guarantee in
cash or by Credit card signatory may be requested to cover against any further
expense or damages caused during your stay. On satisfactory inspection prior to
your departure , the deposit will be returned to you.
