There is a large swimming pool with lots of space around the pool deck, complemented with exotic sea views. Enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises and soak in the Maltese Mediterranean sun. The pool is shared with the other apartment (ref52). This Apartment 1 ref 51 (sleeps 4+2 persons) and the Pool with 1 other apartment that also can be rented separatelly. Accommodation is comfortable and furnished with modern furnishing and interior decor. An important note is that the Caretaker of property lives in another section of the property grounds on ground and second floor in separate part of the property which overlooks the pool area. The caretaker will see to the pool and any relative issues you may have on the spot when he/she is there at the property. On entering apartment ref 51, the entrance is through the driveway which is a downward slope and can also be accessed with a car on arrival only. Elderly or infirm may find the slope a little uncomfortable, so if this is the case, you can ask the permission of the caretaker to allow entrance through the separate main building entrance that the caretaker uses for more comfort. Apartment 1 leads directly on to the living room, which has an open plan kitchen fully equipped for self catering accommodation in malta. There is a TV and stereo , coffee table , sofas and dining table. Through a hallway, there are 2 bedrooms, one which has 2 single beds and another that has a double bed, sleeping 4 persons comfortably. Two sofa beds in the living area may accommodate a further 2 persons. There is a large air-conditioned unit that can be used as an OPTION against an additional charge for daily use. Payment for AC can be paid in advance or on site when required. The unit usually cools the whole apartment. Bedrooms are also equipped with extra fans if required. Excellent Value.

| Area/Locality Description: | Mellieha is one of Malta's most picturesque tourist destinations. The town centre boasts of its splendid hotels, fine restaurants and traditional cute shops. It is home to a majestic baroque church (built in late 19th century). The area is an excellent place to stay for holidays in Malta. Since It is located in the north of Malta, one can easily go to Gozo or Comino for a day. Whilst towards the other side- southward, one can visit St Julians, Sliema for further nightlife and entertainment. Crossing over from Mellieha to Gozo is easy and would just require a 5 to 10 minute drive to the Gozo Channel car ferry terminal. From Mellieha to the other side of the island for example to St Julians would take approx 15 to 20 minutes drive. So the location is ideal to explore the islands of Malta whilst on holiday. The north of Malta is also ideal due to being relatively closer to larger sandy beaches, apart from its own beach in Mellieha bay. Nearby beaches are Golden sands Beach, Ghajn tuffieha and Gnejna which are all beautiful beaches to spend a day at the beach. Most beaches also offer facilities such as public facilities, a bar or beach bar. |
