Description: Luxury 3 bedroom holiday rental apartment in Malta accommodation for 2 to 6 persons- excellent location in St Julians Malta ( Swieqi )5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach in Saint Georges Bay Malta. This apartment has its own private entrance and located in a prime residential area of Malta. The apartment consists of a large spacious living room, equipped with brand new modern furnishing , luxury sofas,  and plasma TV connected to local cable TV, and DVD. The main hall leads to 3 bedrooms, two that are double bed - queen size, and one that has 2 single beds. One of the main bedrooms has a bathroom ensuite for maximum comfort. All bedrooms are air conditioned including the living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen also has a dishwasher, extra flat screen TV, toaster, microwave, cooker, oven, coffee maker , stereo cd player, etc.  From the living area there is a spiral staircase to a room on the top floor that leads to an enormous sun terrace equipped with sun beds and BBQ.

The location is an excellent place to stay hence being in a prime residential area, the apartment is just 5 to 10 minutes walk to all amenities including a blue flag sandy beach in St Georges bay Malta. In the area one can simply walk to the city center for shops, restaurants , bars, clubs, casinos, banks, bowling center, cinema and much more. All water sport facilities including Malta Scuba Diving centers are also in the area.

This holiday home is an ideal getaway holiday apartment in Malta based on self catering accommodation which will save you considerable amount of money for the overall quality also found top hotels in Malta . The area is excellent , the island is most ideal for holidays, and the weather is usually great throughout the year. The warmest periods are between April and October, however we have excellent weather conditions between November and March, however the odd rainy or cloudy day is possible

This refundable deposit is arranged directly with the Owner/Caretaker representative 50 units of electricity daily are included in the daily rate the owners representative will meet guests to collect this deposit, and will also take a reading of the electricity meter on arrival and as well as prior to departure check out date Any units over and above the total number of units included, (this being 50 unit per day x the number of nights) are to be paid prior to departure and deducted from the refundable deposit Local current electricity rate applies and is 23 c/euro per unit
