The main hall leads to 3 bedrooms, two that are double bed - queen size, and one that has 2 single beds. One of the main bedrooms has a bathroom ensuite for maximum comfort. All bedrooms are air conditioned including the living room. The fully equipped modern kitchen also has a dishwasher, extra flat screen TV, toaster, microwave, cooker, oven, coffee maker , stereo cd player, etc. From the living area there is a spiral staircase to a room on the top floor that leads to an enormous sun terrace equipped with sun beds and BBQ. The location is an excellent place to stay hence being in a prime residential area, the apartment is just 5 to 10 minutes walk to all amenities including a blue flag sandy beach in St Georges bay Malta. In the area one can simply walk to the city center for shops, restaurants , bars, clubs, casinos, banks, bowling center, cinema and much more. All water sport facilities including Malta Scuba Diving centers are also in the area.
