Description: This private owners holiday apartment in rental in Malta , Sliema accommodates 1 to 7 persons. Being a Penthouse apartment (top floor) the apartment enjoys an external large sun terrace , and is situated on the third floor, currently has no lift . Accommodation is in 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 3 single beds. There is a possibility to add a sofa bed/s for 2 other persons in the living room.......Nb the sofa bed may not be ideal for large persons The Main bedroom has a double bed and is equipped with air conditioning , the other bedroom has 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed. The Kitchen / dining / living room is an open plan layout and has a sofa that can open into a bed . The kitchen has a micro wave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer.
From the main living area there is a large outside terraces which are is private and ideal for enjoying a meal on the terrace or simply relaxing in the sun equipped with a table , 4 chairs and umbrella - or parasol. The living area has has Satellite TV, Wireless Internet and an a GO Easy line (works with prepaid phonecards).
The Bathroom has solar heating for hot water and a washing machine for your laundry whilst on holiday.
For your convenience towels and bed linen are provided free of charge
The location of this penthouse apartment is just about 15minutes walk to the sea front promenade and city center. From here one can easily walk towards St Julians Center or Sliema Center. Busses are easily accessible from the seaside promenade of Tower road which is just a 10 to 15 min walk from the apartment which is in a residential area of sliema.
