Getting to Marsalforn

Getting to Marsalforn is easy. Follow signs to
Victoria first , as all roads radiate
from the capital, Victoria, the signposting is good. From the center of
Victoria, just before reaching the citadel, take the road down the marsalforn
valley- You should be there in 10 mins max by car.
From the Malta Airport: Follow signs to
Gozo, once in Gozo Mgarr harbour follow signs to Victoria and after passing the
Police station in Republic street., at the traffic light, take the right road adjacent. The road leads
straight down to Marsalforn.
From Xewkija Heliport : Follow signs to
victoria, then Marsalforn
From Victoria: after passing the Police
station in Repoublic str., take the right road adjacent. The road leads straight
down to Marsalforn.
From Zebbug : From the Village of Zebbug,
a zig zag panoramic road leads from Ghajn Melel str. down to Qbajjar and
Marsalforn bay. Map

Marsalforn has
now more developed and has become more of a tourist area with
hotels,
apartments and
souvenir shops. Although it is still a fishing village , the injection of tourism has forced the locals to change their old ways and offer tourist services instead. There is a small beach which is attracting the crowds further up near the bays of Qbajjar and Xwejni to the northwest are quieter for
swimming.
 You will find lots of Souvenir Shops, A diving center, Daily assisted island Cruises , Restaurants of different catagories, but more or less offering the same quality of service, 2 small beaches, Cafes, Bars and a hotel.
