Description: This very old Gozo farmhouse has been recently expertly converted to offer Self catering Villa Holiday accommodation on Gozo Island Malta. It is beautifully styled into a comfortable four bedroom vacation home, preserving all of its original rustic features. This beautiful Gozo Farmhouse rental property  is located on the outskirts of Victoria in a peaceful road close to typical Gozitan countryside and is ideal for those country-walking lovers.  Gozo is a popular place and great place to stay when visiting Malta and Gozo for tourists to spend the holiday breaks at private owned self catering villas providing holiday accommodation as an alternative to hotel accommodation.  This private owned Gozitan property consists of four double bedrooms providing accommodation for 8 to 10 persons (with the use of extra beds when requested, all of them with bathrooms en-suite. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor with windows overlooking an enjoyable swimming pool measuring 6m by 4m.- The pool is a wonderful accessory to have when you need to re-fresh after being under  the hot maltese sunshine. There is also a spacious sun terrace  for further relaxation and near the pool is a  barbecue at your disposal for catering in the open air. 

Self catering accommodation is provided at this property with a fully-equipped separate kitchen and a lovely large arched dining room and lounge/ living room, complete with cable television, are also located on the ground floor. There is also an extra bathroom on the ground floor.

Access to the first floor is from an internal stone stairs and from an internal spiral staircase .
On the first floor you'll find the other three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a very large sunny terrace from where you can admire the majestic Cittadella and the valley leading to Xlendi – a nearby picturesque seaside village.

This Gozitan farmhouse vacation rental is beautifully furnished and delightfully blends antique and Swedish-pine furniture.

Amenities are easilly accessed nearby in central Victoria (Capital) where you should find all you need. Alternativelly ,with all towns within 10 to 15 minutes drive, you can explore the island with ease due to being located in a fairly central position on Gozo, yet away from the central main streets of Victoria shopping area. Gozo has a lot to explore and will enjoy getting around by car - which we always recommend for maximum enjoyment. The car can be delivered to the property, as it is important you use our transport service due to delivery of keys on arrival and finding the property without difficulty in Gozo many winding roads. If you drive yourselves and request the keys to be delivered as per your instructions, then a nominal charge similar to the cost of transportation will apply.- Please re-view/read terms & conditions/ Property Guidelines and rules.

Malta has excellent weather conditions even in January February and March - but it may also be rainy  as well as sunny in those months. The weather in April May and June is very good with the first signs of real summer coming due to an increased rythm of constant sunshine and rising temperatures reaching quite high in June . The best weather or Hottest times of the year . practically guaranteed sun-shine day after day is in July August September slowly diminishing in October. Transfers to the property in Gozo When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver or caretaker. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport / identification as per your booking and payment details. The Gozo Channel ferry service usually goes every 30 mins  to every hour to and from Gozo. Tickets for the ferry are cheap and passengers are obliged to pay on entry. Driver will guide to you for paying for the ferry tickets. NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is usually between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. For difficult or late night arrival/departure times please inform us to consult Check out is strictly between 10 am 11:00 am in the morning as cleaning will be required for any following guests check in
