Description: Rent a Villa with pool commanding breathtaking sea views from the hilltop village of Zebbug Gozo. This 3 bedroom villa is a fantastic holiday home to rent for short stays on Gozo island. The ever so popular old Gozo Farmhouses are hard to find with a similar commanding view that this property has. The property is located by accessing one of two little alleys (a typical divisory wall arrangement in gozo with old stone called "hajt tas-sejjieh . This type of wall is coming from the old ages when the arabs used to occupy Malta and Gozo and built farm land divisory walls in this way). Passing through this little alley gives the impression of entering a poor area , but once you get to the gate, the property has a spacious common driveway used for parking shared with one other villa next door. On entrance to the property hall the dining room and living room with fireplace are to you left, which has a little kitchen adjacent to this large room and is open plan in design. Opposite the living area is the pool deck which has a breathtaking view of the sea from a hilltop position this is a most commanding view that makes all the difference when enjoying the Gozitan landscape , the sunshine and swimming pool facility in a relaxed fashion. The Pool dimensions is approximately 21X11 feet. To the left of the entrance hall , one can access the stone stairway or further in to the 1st double bedroom with bathroom en-suite. The 1st floor consists of 2 further bedrooms , both with bathroom en-suite providing accommodation for a total of 6 persons comfortably. Accommodation is on self catering basis and provided all year round subject to availability in 1 week to 3 week stays or more. | Transfers to the property in Gozo |
When
organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct
from the Airport in Malta, in
full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important
to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later
than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your
flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property
in this case will be with the driver or caretaker. When meeting the driver you may be
asked to provide your passport / identification
as per your booking and payment details. The Gozo Channel ferry service
usually goes every 30 mins to every hour to and from Gozo.
Tickets for the ferry are cheap and passengers are obliged to pay on
entry. Driver will guide to you for paying for the ferry tickets.
NB When
opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate
charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for
key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting
point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you
with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property
if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the
property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs
incurred due to failure in locating the property.
Check in to
the Property is usually between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for
cleaning of the property to be completed. For difficult or late night
arrival/departure times please inform us to consult

strictly between 10 am 11:00 am in the morning as cleaning will be
