Description: 4 bedroom Xaghra Gozo Holiday Home vacation rental with Pool facing country views - Rent this property for weekly stays. The property is only minutes away from Gozo`s best sandy beach - Ramla and Calypsos Cave. The property is located in the village however one can actually walk to the beach but may be a long walk for some and having a car makes it more convenient. It is always recommended to have a car when on Gozo to make exploring the island more possible. To the other side one can go to  Marsalforn within 5 to10 mins for another small beach, bars and restaurants. Gozo-Malta`s sister island  is popular for vacation rentals of this kind and often regarded as a getaway holiday zone- whether for family holidays or the regular traveller seeking good weather conditions, an old theme and a Mediterranean lifestyle.  The Mediterranean sea, and the nearby sandy beach of Ramla are a great attraction for all holidaymakers visiting Gozo for the holidays. Accommodating 8 to 10 persons in 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool shower, small portable BBQ deckchairs available by the pool. Spacious hallway leading to Kitchen dining room with seating for 8 persons. 1 separate full Bathroom on ground floor and 1 twin bedroom. Stone stairs lead to 1st floor,  with 2 extra beds on landing, 3 bedrooms - one with double bed and the other two are twin with 2 single beds. One room can be arranged as double by placing beds together on request. A cot is available on request for infants.

NB Please book cars and through our local agent by following this link and it can be delivered to the house. Transport on arrival must be arranged by us due to delivery of keys. If you do not take our transport on arrival, a charge (same as cost of transport) for delivery of the keys will apply.

Bedrooms	Bedroom No 1 is on the ground floor with 2 single beds. Sleeping 2 persons. A separate full bathroom is on the ground floor
	Bedroom No 2 is on the 1st floor with a Double bed with bathroom ensuite. Room sleeps 2 persons. Bathroom with bath wc and washbasin
	Bedroom No 3 is on the 1st floor with 2 single beds with bathroom with wc washbasin and shower
	Bedroom No 4 is on the 1st floor with 2 single beds (can be arranged as double by putting them together. Bathroom ensuite with shower wash basin and wc
	NB 2 other single beds are neatly and permanently arranged in the hallway when the property is at full occupancy  i.e 8+ 2 on request (Max 10 persons)
Living	Living room combined with kitchen and dining room . Its a Large room when put together. Sofa seats 5 to 6 persons at one go
Kitchen	Kitchen,dining room with seating for 8 persons , equipped for self catering, kitchen utensils, cooker gas, oven, refrigerator, kettle, toaster
Accessories	Bed Linen provided. Bathroom Towels provided. If you want to bring your own please do so as you prefer. Beach towels are not provided

Transfers to the property in Gozo When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver or caretaker. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport / identification as per your booking and payment details. The Gozo Channel ferry service usually goes every 30 mins  to every hour to and from Gozo. Tickets for the ferry are cheap and passengers are obliged to pay on entry. Driver will guide to you for paying for the ferry tickets. NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is usually between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. For difficult or late night arrival/departure times please inform us to consult Check out is strictly between 10 am 11:00 am in the morning as cleaning will be required for any following guests check in
