Gozo Farmhouse Holiday rentals in Xaghra with pool

This remarkably well kept old house of character , is hundreds of years old with flagstone walls, and typical features of old stone masonry, double arches and double wall structures that will amaze you the way these homes were built in the past. Fully restored this property has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (Not ensuite) . 2 bedrooms are double beds and the others are twin bedrooms- (That can be arranged as a double bed if required) .Entrance is through a private gate entrance that leads straight to the a spacious pool deck for your enjoyment of the famous Mediterranean sunshine.

Set on 2 floors, there are various ways to get around the house. Furnishing is old and modern and pretty standard and simple, with an equipped kitchen complete with washing machine . The Kitchen is combined with the dining room and a living room with TV.- Although you probably will dine by the pool which is equipped with a BBQ . Linen, extra bed covers and heaters for winter are also available at an extra cost. Rental includes water and electricity plus basic maid service 1 time per week. In case you may require cooking assistance a cook can prepare your meals for you. Payment for this is separate and payable on site if required.

Bed Linen provided. Maid service is supplied 1 time per week. If you want to bring your own please do so as you prefer. Beach towels are not provided.

A Cook is available if required to cook for you on certain days. Payment for this service is on site in local currency and price will depend on what you require

TRANSFER ON ARRIVAL - to the property . In order to deliver the property keys at different times of the day or night, depending on your arrival time in Malta or Gozo we will arrange your transfer to Gozo on arrival thus locating the property without delay. To do this we will require your flight details - i.e your flight number and time of arrival in Malta. Meeting point is iether at the Malta International Airport just outside customs or the Gozo Heliport.

From Malta there is a choice of iether taking the helicopter to Gozo (when available) - travel time 10 to 15 mins from malta airport) or the ferry (2 hours Travel time from malta airport) where you sail past the glorious blue lagoon- The ferry goes every 30 minutes and even during the night in the summer time. Both the ferry and the helicopter are a very enjoyable part of your holiday experience on the maltese Islands

Departure : Unless arranged with us, your departure back to the Airport can be arranged with the same driver you came with on arrrival; please do inform the driver of your intended time of departure.. Remember Standard check out time from the property is before 11:30AM in the morning. Please PAY the Driver locally Direct for any transport you may require.

Nearby Rentals -Scuba diving equipment - You ca visit many diving schools located in Marsalforn - just 10 mins by car. For other water sports you will also find it in Marsalforn, Xlendi or Ramla beach.

Getting around nearby . car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island.
