Entrance hall, large well furnished living room, hall leads to 1 double bedroom and further on to the Kitchen and dining room with seating for up to 7-8 persons. The spacious Kitchen/dining room is fully equipped for self catering purposes. A courtyard and terrace lead to the pool deck and pool approx dimensions 28 feet x 14 feet, large enough to enjoy for 7 persons. An Internal staircase leads to the 1st floor landing leading to 2 further bedrooms, 1 double and the other with 3 single beds. 2 bathrooms are available with shower facility , WC and washasin. The property overall is comfortable and spacious built with typical modern Gozitan stonework and village appeal. The property is located in the Village of Sannat which is conveniently near to Munxar, Xlendi and Victoria, and all these villages offer a taste of Gozo in its own way. Victoria, the Capital is usefull for any shopping requirements you may need whilst in Gozo, whilst Xlendi is excellent for the views, the sea front and touristic appeal, popular also with the Maltese themsleves. Sannat is an old typical Gozitan Village ,A quant agricultural village in southern Gozo, Sannat is one of the few places where you can still see lace being made. In the summer months you may see elderly women seated outside their homes making delicate shawls, table mats or lace-edged handkerchiefs. Sannat is also known for its carved stone balconies. These days the most conspicuous are the brand new ones, with their ornate and fanciful decoration. The focal point of this straggling village is the parish church, dedicated to St. Margaret and built in 1781.
