Bathrooms: 1 en-suite and 1 separate Description: Here's the opportunity to experience the delights of the island of Gozo from the luxury of this villa , a converted nobleman's holiday home complete with its own private pool. This is a property not to me missed when looking for a great place to stay. This property provides good comfort and immediately renders a sense of relaxation . Maltese in character but styled for a nobleman both in furnishing and architectural design. It is located in a good part of the village of Xlendi and is mostly surrounded by its own land and garden. One cannot expect to have the luxuries of a 5 star hotel here, because it is really a private holiday home after all, but we are sure you will experience an overall enjoyable relaxing and interesting holiday when staying here. One can also say that there is not 1 villa like this one on Gozo. Entrance to the villa is through a private gate and into the driveway and garden where you may do most of your parking at. On entering the large main door of the house you have a large spacious hall were you will notice various pieces of armor, antique furnishings and coats of armor relating to the Knights of the Order of St. John. Up a flight of stairs and you are on the living area of the property also with another hall passing through the whole property and leading to the various rooms. The Kitchen is modern and equipped for basic self catering leading to an external terrace. The Living and dining room are combined rendering a very spacious and comfortable atmosphere. To one side is the master bedroom whilst further in through the hallway, one finds a common bathroom and 2 other bedrooms each with 2 single beds. The Villa Kastell is a delightful property with a spacious and beautifully furnished interior, and situated in a quiet and elevated setting only five minutes walk from the charming little quayside of Xlendi, with shops ten minutes walk away and a ten minute drive to Victoria Gozos capital Situated in the picturesque fishing village of Xlendi in Gozo, Malta’s quaint sisters island where time stands still. This little island in the heart of the Mediterranean delights all its visitors with its undulating countryside, clean sandy coves, valleys of trees and wildflowers, folklore and natural history as well as its beautiful enriched churches situated in every town and village.
