This private owned farmhouse has been converted into a holiday home to rent for self catering holidays in gozo malta. It is a 100 year old property and is ideally located in a typical Maltese village called Gharb which is on Gozo island.
It consists of 4 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, 2 shower rooms, Living, kitchen, BBQ Terrace, Pool and Pool deck  
This holiday home is being rented locally on a self catering basis,  fully furnished and equipped for a private villa holiday on Gozo island. Furnishing is standard and locally manufactured to blend with the old features of the house. Gozo Island is a popular getaway holiday destination with both tourists and the locals themselves. The pretty village of Gharb offers a quiet laid back lifestyle which make it an ideal place to enjoy a tranquil holiday. Gozo still strongly retains  the old character of Maltese lifestyle. The old buildings, old roads and most surroundings will transport you back in time, which has a great feeling when getting away from the modern lifestyle most modern cities have to offer.

Transfers to the property in Gozo When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, or from the Heliport in Gozo, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport number and identification as per your booking and payment details. You can opt to either take the helicopter from the airport in Malta to Gozo or use the ferry that goes every 30 mins  to and from Gozo.

NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta or the heliport in Gozo and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property.

Check in to the Property is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed.

Check out is strictly not later than 11:00 am in the morning

Getting around nearby:  Car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island- We can arrange the car to be delivered to the property on arrival. and you pay the agent direct on arrival or as otherwise arranged.

 

The Maltese Islands are situated in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea Europe ,just south from the island of Sicily which is 90 minutes away by Catamaran or a 20 minute flight. Air Malta is the national airline and operates flights from most mayjor cities . Malta is well known for its excellent weather conditions and rich historic background. How to Get to Gozo Island

DIRECT TRANSPORT TO THE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED DIRECT FROM MALTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OR THE HELIPORT IN GOZO In case of difficulty we can book your helicopter transfer tickets from here and send them to you by post or pick them up from the Air Malta sales desk at the Malta International Airport.

To get to Gozo you take a 30 minute ferry trip from Malta's northernmost tip, during which you sail past Comino with its glorious Blue Lagoon, just visible through a narrow entrance in the rock coastline. Alternatively you can take the Helicopter Transfer service from Malta International Airport, a trip which normally takes 10 to 15 minutes.
