Maltese Private owners 300 year old South Facing Farmhouse  situated in Kercem Gozo. This privately owned property is close to all amenities and just 5 minutes away from Victoria and thus all central amenities are conveniently nearby.

This Gozo holiday property rental consists of 4 bedrooms , 1 Double Bedroom on ground floor having an arch and two mangers ...a further 3 Bedrooms are  available on the 1st floor, one of which is an en-suite with bath having  also a balcony and a terrace overlooking the BBQ Area & Pool . The 1st floor is accessible through the internal or external staircase...A little courtyard leads to the 1st floor. On entrance a large arched Sitting Room  has a number of original old stone features such as arches and a manger  built by our ancestral Gozitans hundreds of years ago. The Sitting/Living  room is equipped with a Cable TV and DVD player and a gas-operated  fire-place. A large fully equipped kitchen (with smoke detector) /dinning  leading to a large BBQ & Pool Area, complete with 2 tables & 8chairs, umbrellas, sunbeds with mattresses, & other extra chairs, an outside shower, and a Washroom with toilet & shower. This Farmhouse has a 24ft x 16ft  private swimming pool with a jacuzzi in one corner. There are 4 TV sets  with Cable, an Easyline telephone, and a "safe" deposit box., iron & board  & hair dryer. We also provide baby's equipment, such as:- cot, 1 playpen, &  1 highchair. All rooms are furnished with brand new Pine Furniture. The  fire-place in the sitting room and 2 gas operated heaters for bedrooms on  1st floor for the winter, and ceiling fans and others on stand in all the  rooms for the summer.

Accessories	Bed Linen provided. Bathroom Towels provided. If you want to bring your own please do so as you prefer. Beach towels are not provided. Large deck area equipped with lava BBQ, sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas, 2 tables & 8 chair.  Swimming pool  24x16 ft, Jacuzzi ,BBQ, Poolside Table, deckchairs, Umbrellas-Parasol fire-place in the sitting room and 2 gas operated heaters for bedrooms on 1st floor for the winter Appliances 4 TV sets, 1 DVD player, 1 radio/casette/cd player, 1 extra Fridge Freezers, Cooker - Gas & electric oven, Emergency lights around the whole house, ceiling & portable fans, 2 gas operated heaters. 1 sofa which opens up in a double sized bed sleeping 2 persons and a 2-seater which opens up in a single bed sleeping 1 person.

Transfers to the property in Gozo When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver or caretaker. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport / identification as per your booking and payment details. The Gozo Channel ferry service usually goes every 30 mins  to every hour to and from Gozo. Tickets for the ferry are cheap and passengers are obliged to pay on entry. Driver will guide to you for paying for the ferry tickets. NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is usually between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. For difficult or late night arrival/departure times please inform us to consult Check out is strictly between 10 am 11:00 am in the morning as cleaning will be required for any following guests check in
