Description: Beautiful holiday home- This Holiday villa in Gozo offers 1st class accommodation on Gozo Island with fantastic country views of Gharb towards San Lawrenz. Access is through a little typical Gozitan alley. On entrance, there is an immediate feeling of tranquility and comfort after what hits the eye with a pleasant natural lighting effect coming through well positioned sky lighting. The property was an old neglected Gozo Farmhouse that has been totally rebuilt and converted to modern requirements with an admirable amount of effort and many hours of thaught. The house is truely perfect for holidays on Gozo island, having the comforts of a real home, and equipped with a lovelly swimming pool facing Gozo`s beautiful countryside. The spacious pool deck has ample space for sunbathing on the provided deck chairs were you could get to work on your suntan read a book or simply let yourself go in a state of total relaxation; re-fresh whenever you feel like it in a very good sized swimming pool - which is approximately 35 feet X 15 feet in size. The kitchen is the heart of the house and is located rightfully in the centre, surrounded by an open plan , semi split level setting leading to the living room and dining room area and a double bedroom at the back. A stylish stone staircase easily gets you to the 1st floor where you have 3 further bedrooms , 2 of which directly overlook the pool and country views. Gozo is the island of love an honey, making it an ideal escape or romantic break destination , but its also a wonderful place to tranquilly and most importantly safelly spend a holiday even for the whole family. All amenities are not far, however we do recommend having a car. With a good little map and improved signposting on Gozo, you will find the Beach- Sandy or rocky, Restaurants, Mini markets, Groceries or Banks within 5 to 10 minutes drive or less. Transfers to the property in Gozo When organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct from the Airport in Malta, or from the Heliport in Gozo, in full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property in this case will be with the driver. When meeting the driver you may be asked to provide your passport number and identification as per your booking and payment details. You can opt to either take the helicopter from the airport in Malta to Gozo or use the ferry that goes every 30 mins  to and from Gozo. NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta or the heliport in Gozo and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. Check out is strictly not later than 11:00 am in the morning
