Malta Holiday Property Rental Description:- Well maintained holiday villa-Farmhouse in the beautiful village of Xaghra which is close to one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the maltese islands. This property is close to villa property REF 801 - If booked together both properties may accommodate a total of 18 persons.
The Villa consists of 4 spacious bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms as well as a spare bathroom. There is a well equipped open plan kitchen for self catering , a dining and sitting room . AT THE PROPERTY |
| Transfers to the property in Gozo | When
organized through us, a transfer to the property can be arranged direct
from the Airport in Malta, in
full co-ordination with your flight arrival time information. It is important
to let us know your arrival flight no. and time of arrival not later
than 2 weeks prior to arrival date (except for last minute bookings), so that your
flight can be monitored locally in case of delays. Keys of the property
in this case will be with the driver or caretaker. When meeting the driver you may be
asked to provide your passport / identification
as per your booking and payment details. The Gozo Channel ferry service
usually goes every 30 mins to every hour to and from Gozo.
Tickets for the ferry are cheap and passengers are obliged to pay on
entry. Driver will guide to you for paying for the ferry tickets.
NB When opting to drive to the property unassisted there will be a separate charge for delivery of keys at the airport in Malta and is payable locally or in advance. The cost of charges for key delivery will depend on the time of day and location of meeting point. If you get lost or cannot locate the property, we can provide you with a Taxi service provider who can assist you to locate the property if available at the time. Whilst deciding to drive yourselves to the property, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or further costs incurred due to failure in locating the property. Check in to the Property is usually between 13:00 and 14:00 in the afternoon to allow for cleaning of the property to be completed. For difficult or late night arrival/departure times please inform us to consult Check out is strictly between 10 am 11:00 am in the morning as cleaning will be required for any following guests check in |

Festas and carnival times in Gozo also have a different feel to those on Malta.
The real beauty of Gozo, apart from its stunning seascape and interior, lies in
the villages. Here, it seems as if time really does stand still. The locals
treasure their peace and the villages are tranquil, proving to be a wonderful
respite from the trials and tribulations of everyday life for visitors.
Village bars open early in order to cater for the early risers who attend the
first mass of the morning and close fairly late at night, catering for the
socialising needs of locals and visitors. These watering holes have stayed
unchanged for decades, the only sign of time passing by being the food and drink
displayed for sale on the solid shelves and the Edwardian glass cases
Getting around nearby: Car hire is recommended for proper exploration of the island- We can arrange the car to be delivered to the property on arrival. and you pay the agent direct on arrival or as otherwise arranged.
How to Get to Gozo Island
DIRECT TRANSPORT TO THE PROPERTY CAN BE ARRANGED DIRECT FROM MALTA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
To get to Gozo you take a 30 minute ferry trip from Malta's northernmost tip, during which you sail past Comino with its glorious Blue Lagoon, just visible through a narrow entrance in the rock coastline.
